Description
This beautiful butterfly ranunculus makes our floral hearts go wild.

The fluffy, white flowers give a romantic expression and really create magic in the flower bed or entrance pot.

When the flowers bloom, you see the beautiful dark eye in the middle and all the innermost petals show a soft pink blush that is incredible. Adriane is an incredible cut flower that is just as beautiful in the budded state as it is in full bloom.

The variety lasts a long time in a vase and has become very popular lately to use in different types of flower arrangements, either by itself or mixed with other flower varieties.

If you've never grown butterfly ranunculus before, we highly recommend you try it because it's an enchanting experience for the eyes!

Care and cultivation advice

1. Soaking
Place the tubers in lukewarm water for 2 to 4 hours. They will soften and swell as they absorb water. Do not soak them longer, as they may start to rot.

2. Planting
The tubers will become significantly larger after soaking. Plant them shallowly with the claws facing downward, about 3 to 5 cm deep. Seed trays or pots with slightly higher edges work well.

3. Placement
Place the planted tray in a cool, dark location. A temperature between 4 and 10°C is ideal. Too much warmth causes the leaves to grow too quickly before the roots have properly developed.

4. Care
Check the soil from time to time. Water sparingly, only if it is very dry. After about two to six weeks, small roots and the first shoots will appear.

5. Transplanting
Transplant outdoors between March and May, depending on where you live. It takes about three months from start to flowering.
