Description
An early and charming corn variety with well-filled cobs and a magical taste.

The variety produces approximately 20 cm long, decorative, golden yellow, normally sweet corn cobs.

The cobs are best boiled or grilled but can also be eaten raw and are excellent for freezing. A cooking tip from one of our ambassadors, Anna Kubel, is to pre-cook this variety and then brush with butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan, parsley, salt, and then into the oven.

When the corn cobs are ready, add even more parmesan, parsley, and a little flaky salt.

Then they are ready to serve and become a magical taste experience beyond the ordinary. An enchanting variety with a delightful taste!

Care and cultivation advice

Plant 1 seed per seedling container and place it in a warm spot for germination, preferably in a mini greenhouse. Once the seeds have sprouted, the seedlings should be placed in a bright and cool location. When the seedlings have hardened off and the risk of frost is gone, they can be transplanted to a sunny spot. Corn thrives best in nutrient-rich, loamy and loose soil with compost. Make sure to water, fertilize and nourish the plants throughout the season.

The variety can also be sown directly in the planting site if the soil has reached 15°C, but be sure to cover the seeds with a fiber cloth.

Important to keep in mind! Avoid growing different types of corn near each other, as they will lose their sweet taste. Instead, focus on growing one type of corn to guarantee the best flavor experience.
