{"title":"Lemon Balm Seeds","description":"The stems of the lemon balm genus are square, just like all plants in the mint family. The leaves are opposite and usually oval or beautifully heart-shaped. The leaves emit a lovely citrus scent and the flowers are either yellow-white or white.\n\nThere is a lot that can be done with lemon balm, including herbal teas, flavorful drinks, delicious sauces, and fantastic marinades. This wonderful herb is an incredible flavoring agent but also works as a decoration on dishes and desserts. Our favorite tip for this wonderful herb is to make a lemon balm ice cream with meringue, honey, and raspberries. So simple yet completely magical!\n\nLemon balm, also known as heart's delight, is a perennial herb with incredibly strong growth. So strong, in fact, that it is now discouraged from being planted directly in the ground as it spreads and competes with other vegetation. However, the variety is completely fantastic in pots or raised beds where it can proudly spread out and show off as the amazing herb that lemon balm actually is. It is incredibly easy to grow and difficult to fail with thanks to its strong growth.\n\nLemon balm can be started from seed but works just as well when sown directly. It also works great to grow indoors on the windowsill or under some grow lights year-round. It thrives best in well-drained and rich soil that is filled with nutrients, but thanks to its strong growth, lemon balm grows in most soils. The more you harvest from it, the bushier and more lush the plant becomes. Lemon balm also works great for hydroponic cultivation!","products":[{"product_id":"fro-till-citronmeliss-lemon-balm","title":"Lemon Balm ECO","description":"A very traditional herb with powerful, stylish, green leaves. Both the scent and the taste are fresh and lemon-like. The use of lemon balm is vast, but the variety is primarily known for its calming and sedative effect. It is well known that supplementation with lemon balm can lower blood pressure and pulse, but it can also suppress viral infections. In popular culture, the variety is often referred to as \"heart's delight\" thanks to its incredible properties.\n\n\n\nLemon balm is very useful in the kitchen and is now found in dishes and desserts all over the world. Oven-baked chicken with lemon balm and roasted almonds, and lemon balm ice cream with meringue and honey are two of our favorite recipes using this lovely herb. Lemon balm tea or pesto made from the variety is also delicious!\n\n\n\n(This fantastic variety is also organic and will make your greenhouse or enclosed porch smell lovely if you store it there.)","brand":"Florea","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":55662655537500,"sku":"BE10500","price":20.3,"currency_code":"SEK","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0912\/1369\/3276\/files\/gron-citronmeliss-lemon-balm-01-scaled.jpg?v=1759827989"}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0912\/1369\/3276\/collections\/gron-citronmeliss-lemon-balm-01-scaled.jpg?v=1761818364","url":"https:\/\/floreagarden.com\/en-gb\/collections\/lemon-balm-seeds.oembed","provider":"Florea Garden","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
