Description
An exciting and delightful sunflower novelty that has become one of our favorites to use in bouquets.

Pro Cut Peach has a beautiful yellow hue that is slightly lighter than the classic varieties.

It branches out and usually produces multiple wonderful flowers per stem.

It is said to have been named for its ability to shimmer a bit towards the peach-colored range in certain lighting, even though it is actually yellow. A very pleasant and easy-to-grow variety that has impressed us in the Florea team with its fantastic vase life!

Care and cultivation advice

Sow indoors in March-April in potting soil, one seed per pot. Try to keep the seedlings at 20-25 degrees Celsius before germination and after germination, keep them in a bright and cool location. When the roots start to appear at the bottom of the pots, it is time to transplant them into larger containers.

The plants should be planted outside when they have been properly hardened off and the risk of frost is over. Sunflowers prefer a sunny location with plenty of space for their roots. They thrive in nutrient-rich potting soil and for really tall sunflowers, we recommend fertilizing and providing nutrients throughout the season.

The variety can also be directly sown in the planting area in May-June, but this will result in slightly later blooming.
