A lovely cabbage variety that comes early and grows quickly.

It forms heads that are pointed and typically weigh around 1 kg.

The variety has a sweet and slightly milder taste while being very crispy.

Incredibly delicious both when eaten fresh and when cooked. We want to recommend two favorite dishes with this variety that you simply cannot miss.

The first is garlic-roasted cabbage with a herby butter sauce, topped with roasted hazelnuts.

The second magical dish is cream-baked cabbage with butter-fried chanterelle mushrooms, delightful but can be addictive!

Care and cultivation advice

Pre-cultivate indoors in seed soil from March to April. Cover the sowings with transparent covering equipped with air holes for the best germination results, but also works without this step. Place the sowings at around 20 degrees Celsius before germination, and after germination, provide more light and slightly cooler conditions. Plant out after they have been properly hardened off. (We recommend using cabbage netting to protect cabbage larvae.)
