Care and cultivation advice

Sow directly in the planting site when the frost is gone and the soil is workable (depending on your location, roughly April to June). Ensure the soil is watered before sowing and kept moist throughout the germination period. Nigella blooms beautifully from July to September. Nigella can also be sown in the fall (September-October) for earlier flowering the following year.
