Shipping policy

Dispatch dates for flower bulbs, amaryllis, ranunculus & peonies 2025
We ship all orders of flower bulbs, ranunculus & peonies on fixed dates during the autumn.

Please plan your order in good time – for your order to be included in a shipment, it must be placed no later than 12:00 (noon) two days before the relevant dispatch date.

Pre-orders and split deliveries
Flower bulbs – All pre-orders containing flower bulbs are paid at the time of purchase and delivered at the beginning of September 2025. If you order additional products in the same order and would like to receive them already now, you can choose split delivery at checkout.
Dahlia – All pre-orders containing dahlias are paid at the time of purchase and delivered in spring 2026. If you order additional products in the same order and would like to receive them already now, you can choose split delivery at checkout.
Peony – All pre-orders containing peonies are paid at the time of purchase and delivered in week 39–40. Please note that split delivery is not possible – if you order other products in the same order, the entire order will be shipped together with the peonies.

Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver to all EU countries and Norway. At the moment we are unable to deliver to Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

100% climate-compensated shipping
We are proud that all our shipping is 100% climate compensated, and that all seeds are delivered in 100% plastic-free and recyclable packaging.

We deliver to your home throughout Sweden with PostNord or Instabox. We ship on weekdays Monday to Friday, and the normal delivery time is 1–2 business days after we have received your order. Instabox also delivers at weekends.

What are the shipping costs?

Your parcel will be delivered directly to your mailbox by Posten. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be sent to the nearest collection point.

Delivery time

Parcels in Norway are normally delivered within 3–6 business days (excluding public holidays).

Please note! During the summer we send orders to Norway only once a week. This means that the delivery time may be a few days longer than usual.

We hope for your understanding and do our very best to ensure that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for shopping with us – and have a wonderful gardening season!

Delays and split deliveries
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but unfortunately delays may sometimes occur. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day and reserve the right for delays.

Right of withdrawal
You must return the goods at your own expense as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after you received them. We will refund the credited amount as soon as possible after we have received the goods or proof of return. To receive a full refund, the goods must be in substantially unchanged condition and returned in such a way that they are not damaged during transport. Seed packets must not be opened. If you return the entire order, the full order amount including shipping and packaging will be credited. A deduction may be made for any reduction in the value of the goods if they are not in their original condition.

Complaints
According to the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (DAL), you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any particular reason within 14 days after you have received the item. However, we have chosen to go one step further and offer all our customers a 30-day open purchase period. Please send us an email at kundtjanst@flo-rea.com if you wish to cancel the purchase, return an item, or if any issues have occurred during delivery.
