Terms of Purchase – Florea (Florea Seeds AB)

These terms of purchase apply to all purchases made on floreagarden.com, owned and operated by Florea Seeds AB, organisation number 559319–3575, located at Östermalmsgatan 2, 114 24 Stockholm.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you accept these terms and conditions.
1. General
When you place an order with Florea, you enter into a binding agreement with Florea Seeds AB. In order for us to process and deliver your order, you must provide accurate personal, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and up to date. Florea cannot be held liable for delays or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout.
Once an order is placed, an order confirmation is automatically sent via email.
2. Prices & Payment
2.1 Prices
All prices listed on floreagarden.com are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices as needed, as well as in the event of incorrect pricing or technical issues. In the case of clearly mispriced items, Florea reserves the right to cancel the order.

Florea is not responsible for agreements or approvals made directly between you and the chosen payment provider.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery Options

Available delivery options are shown at checkout and may vary depending on order contents and delivery address.
3.2 Delivery Times
Standard delivery times:

Within Sweden: 1–2 business days

Within the EU: 2–4 business days

Norway: 3–5 business days (customs processing may affect the delivery time)
- UK: 5-6 business days (customs processing may affect the delivery time)
Delivery times may vary during high season, holidays, or due to unforeseen events. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

4.2 Orders containing plant material or accessories
(e.g. dahlia tubers, flower bulbs, bare-root perennials, peonies, garden tools)

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Pre-orders & Partial Deliveries
Some products may be sold as pre-orders. These are paid for at the time of purchase but delivered at a later date when the items are back in stock.
If you order both in-stock items and pre-order items at the same time, you may choose:

Partial delivery (with an additional shipping fee)

Combined delivery once all items are in stock
6. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
6.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days under Swedish distance selling regulations.
Florea generously offers a 30-day return policy.
6.2 Exceptions for Opened Seed Packages & Plant Material
For hygienic and biological reasons, the following exceptions apply:

Opened seed packets cannot be returned
-
Live plant material (bare-root plants, tubers, bulbs, roots, plants) opened from its original packaging cannot be returned
-
Sealed items where the seal has been broken are not covered by the right of withdrawal
These rules follow industry standards and the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency.
6.3 How to Make a Return
Contact us at kundtjanst@flo-rea.com before sending anything, and we will assist you.
Return conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition

The customer pays return shipping unless the return concerns a complaint

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and approved
7. Complaints
Under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to make a complaint up to 3 years after receiving the product.

Complaints must be made within a “reasonable time” after discovering the issue. To be approved, the defect must be original—meaning it existed at the time of delivery.
In the case of an approved complaint, Florea covers return shipping and transportation risk.
Possible remedies include:

We always follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in the event of a dispute.
8. Product Information & Images
We strive to provide accurate information in our online store. However, inaccuracies may occur in texts, images, stock status, or technical specifications. Florea cannot be held liable for damages resulting from such inaccuracies unless due to gross negligence.
Colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of each plant. All plants are unique and may differ from the images shown.
We reserve the right to change assortment, product information, and product availability without prior notice.
9. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, the remaining items will be shipped as soon as possible.
We will contact you if a product is unavailable and issue a refund within 14 days.
We do not backorder temporarily out-of-stock items. These must be reordered once they are back in stock.
10. Personal Data & Data Protection
Florea processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we process personal information.
We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Your data may be stored outside the EU in accordance with Shopify’s data protection terms.
11. Cookies
The website uses cookies to improve the user experience and enable features such as the shopping cart, saved preferences, and analytics.

12. Limitation of Liability
Florea cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, technical faults, force majeure, operational disruptions, incorrect pricing, or errors caused by third parties (payment providers, logistics partners, etc.).
13. Applicable Law & Disputes
Swedish law applies to all purchases made on floreagarden.com.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of ARN (the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes).
