Care and cultivation advice

Start indoors in seed soil in March-April with transparent covering equipped with air holes. Store the seedlings at around 18 degrees before germination and around 15 degrees and as bright as possible after germination.

The plants are then planted outdoors after proper hardening and when the risk of frost is over. Hollyhocks prefer full sun and thrive best in well-drained soil. Remember to fertilize your hollyhocks reYellowarly to promote blooming and reduce the risk of hollyhock rust.

The variety can also be sown outdoors on the planting site or in pots in June-July for blooming the following year. The flower stalk should be removed after blooming and the plants should be winter covered
