Wildfire is a charming arugula variety with the taste of Wasabi.

Incredible for use in salads and as a garnish on various dishes of all shapes and sizes. This is our customer relations manager Ulrica Cederlid's absolute favorite when it comes to enhancing dishes with some flavor and extra spice.

She likes to top dishes such as lasagna, tomato soup, and stews with Wildfire.

Her favorite is an Asian noodle salad with crispy tofu topped with this spicy wasabi arugula. NOTE: Typo on the bag regarding the number of seeds.

Care and cultivation advice

Sow directly in the planting area when the soil is warmed up. Watering both before and after sowing and maintain soil moisture through the germination period. It can be beneficial to sow in batches for a good and abundant harvest throughout the summer season.

A useful recommendation is to thin the crop to 10 cm and remove flower stalks for an extended harvesting period. Ensure ample and frequent watering for a milder flavor. This variety also grows well in pots or containers.
