Shipping policy

Pre-orders & Partial Deliveries
Flower bulbs – All pre-orders containing flower bulbs are paid for at the time of purchase and delivered at the beginning of September 2025. If you order multiple products in the same order and would like to receive them right away, you can choose a partial delivery at checkout.
Dahlias – All pre-orders containing dahlias are paid for at the time of purchase and delivered in spring 2026. If you order multiple products in the same order and would like to receive them right away, you can choose a partial delivery at checkout.
Peonies – All pre-orders containing peonies are paid for at the time of purchase and will arrive during week 37–38. Please note that partial deliveries are not possible – if you order other items in the same order, the entire order will be shipped together with the peonies.


100% Climate-Compensated Shipping
We are proud that all our shipping is 100% climate compensated and that all seeds are packaged in 100% plastic-free, recyclable materials.

We deliver to your home throughout Germany with DHL or Deutsche Post. We ship on weekdays from Monday to Friday, and the normal delivery time is 3–6 business days from the time we receive your order.


Which countries do we deliver to?
We currently deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Austria and Italy.

Delays and Partial Deliveries

We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases delays may occur. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day and reserve the right for delays.


Return Policy

We want to be generous here and offer you a 30-day return policy. We understand that you may change your mind — and that’s completely fine. If you wish to return your order, please contact us at help@flo-rea.com and we will assist you.
Please note that the items must be in their original condition, and opened seed packets cannot be returned.


Complaints

According to consumer protection law, you as a private customer have the right to make a complaint about an item within 3 years of receiving it. If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us directly at help@flo-rea.com and we will help you.
You must file the complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. The defect must have existed from the beginning — meaning it must have been present at the time you received the item.

If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and transportation risk. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will repair or replace the item or offer store credit. As a last resort, financial compensation may be given, up to but not exceeding the purchase value of the item.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes.
