Description
A fairy tale-like mix of hollyhocks in vibrant colors and a delightful feeling of summer.

The mix includes hollyhock colors in red, pink, apricot, yellow, and white.

Equally enchanting in bouquets as in flowerbeds and plantings.

The variety becomes a magical eye-catcher in the garden and enchants both big and small with its fireworks of magical colors.

Summer Carnival mixed is also incredibly popular with our pollinators and a perfect draw for vegetable gardens and cultivation. Today, the hollyhock is primarily a beloved ornamental plant, but it also has a history as a medicinal plant where both the roots and flowers were used.

The magnificent hollyhock was believed to have wound-healing properties and was also used for eye diseases.

In some parts of the world, it is still used as alternative medicine.

Care and cultivation advice

Sow indoors in seed compost in March-April, covering with transparent covering with air holes. Store the seeds at around 18 degrees Celsius before germination and around 15 degrees Celsius and as bright as possible after germination.

Plant out after hardening off and when the risk of frost has passed. Hollyhocks prefer full sun and thrive in well-drained soil. Remember to fertilize your hollyhocks reYellowarly to promote flowering and reduce the risk of hollyhock rust.

The variety can also be sown outdoors in the planting site or in pots in June-July for flowering the following year. Remove the flower stem after flowering and winter cover the plants.
