Description
A colorful bush cress that has been awarded by Fleuroselect for its unique flower pattern.

The striking flowers come in different colors of burgundy and creamy yellow with hints of marbling and stripes along the petals.

The variety has semi-long vines that are ideal for pots, window boxes and hanging baskets.

The flowers, seeds and leaves of the herb are edible and can be used as decoration in cooking.

It also makes a tasty and spicy addition to salads and stir-fries, for example. This is a big favorite of Hanna Wendelbo, who likes Bloody Mary's striking blooms when it comes to color!

Care and cultivation advice

Sås direkt på växtplatsen i april-juni när jorden är uppvärmd och brukbar. Lägg fröna i ljummet vatten ett dygn före sådd, så gror de bättre men detta är absolut inget måste. Sorten trivs bäst i lätt och inte för näringsrik jord för då bildas flest blommor. Gärna på en solig plats eller halvskugga. Blomsterkrasse är även väldigt frostkänslig så täck med fiberduk på kvällen om nätterna börjar bli lite kallare för en längre blomningssäsong Ett tips för att få en frodigare slingerkrasse är att klippa bort vissna blommor efterhand! (Denna sort går även att odla i kruka året om men tänk på att den behöver stå i ett väldigt ljust fönster då, gärna ett söderläge.)
