To which countries do you deliver?
Currently we deliver to the whole EU, Norway & UK.
100% Climate Compensated Shipping
We are proud that all of our shipping is 100% climate compensated and that all seeds come packaged in 100% recyclable plastic-free material.
We deliver to your home throughout Sweden with PostNord or Instabox and outside Sweden with PostNord. We ship on weekdays Monday through Friday, and the normal delivery time is 3-6 business days from when we receive your order outside Sweden.

Delivery Time
We normally deliver within 5-6 working days (excluding holidays).
Delay and Partial Delivery
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, delays sometimes occur. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific day and always reserve the right to delay.
Returns
We want to be generous and offer you a 30-day return policy. We understand that you may change your mind, and that’s okay. If you want to return your order, please contact us at kundtjanst@flo-rea.com, and we will help you. Please note that the goods must be in their original condition, and an opened seed packet cannot be returned.
Reclaims
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you as a private person have the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years after receiving it. If you want to make a complaint, please contact us directly at kundtjanst@flo-rea.com, and we will help you. You must complain about the product “within a reasonable time” after discovering the defect, and the defect must be “original,” meaning it was present when you received the product. In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover return shipping and transport risk, depending on the nature of the defect, we will repair or replace the product, or offer a credit note. As a last resort, you will receive financial compensation, which cannot exceed the selling price of the product. In the event of a dispute, we always follow the decision of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden).
