Description

Celosia - Neo Rose is a little more demanding to grow and suits you if you enjoy a growing challenge.

‘Neo Rose’ is a vibrant variety that catches the eye with its deep pink, velvety flower heads.

The blooms have the characteristically folded, almost sculpted shape, and the rich colour shifts beautifully between cerise and rose depending on the light.

Neo Rose performs wonderfully in bouquets thanks to its strong stems and long vase life.

Together with its fresh green foliage, it creates a lively contrast that makes this variety a unique and striking filler flower.

Care and cultivation advice

Pre-cultivate indoors in February-April. The seeds are light-growing - sow them shallowly in moist sowing soil without covering, and keep warm (20-24°C). Replant when seedlings are manageable and set out after last frost. Celosia thrives in sun and warm, nutrient-rich, well-drained soil. Water regularly but avoid getting the soil wet. Pinch off wilted flowers for longer flowering. Suitable for pots, flower beds and as a cut flower.
