Description
A beautiful bushy herb with silver-green, aromatic, fuzzy leaves.

A traditional culinary herb where the leaves are used dried or fresh for fish dishes, herbal tea, and pork dishes.

This variety produces lovely lilac-blue flowers which also make it a great choice for edging and borders. We highly recommend making a pasta salad with sage and browned butter or a whole grilled cornish hen with orange and sage.

Another great tip with this delightful variety is to fry sage in butter and sprinkle with flaky salt, so simple yet incredibly delicious! In addition to being a beautiful addition to plantings and a pleasant spice in the kitchen, sage is also known for its medicinal properties.

Sage is anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antispasmodic, helps with stress relief, and calms the nervous system. (This variety is also organic!)

Care and cultivation advice

Pre-cultivate indoors in well-drained planting soil or vegetable soil. Cover the sowing with transparent covering equipped with air holes for best germination results. Water gently and make sure to keep the sowing around 20-25 degrees Celsius before the seeds have sprouted, and after germination, keep it as bright as possible and slightly cooler.

The plants are transplanted after they have been hardened properly and the risk of frost is over.
