Care and cultivation advice
Start indoors in seed soil and make sure to moisten the soil before sowing. The seeds require light to germinate so they should be lightly pressed onto the surface of the soil. Cover the seed tray with transparent cover with air holes or make sure to reYellowarly ventilate. Before germination, keep the seeds in a temperature around 20-25 degrees Celsius and then move to a cooler and brighter location.
It is recommended to pinch off the top of the plants after six pairs of leaves have formed or just before they are transplanted to their final growing location. Transplant after hardening off and when the risk of frost has passed. Sweet William grows best in a sunny location with nutrient-rich and well-draining soil.
