Description
A magical and colorful mix with several different beetroot varieties in the same package.

A cool taste adventure and an incredible experience for both the mouth and the eye.

This seed mix includes the varieties: Detroit 2 (red), Burpees Golden (yellow), Albina Vereduna (white), and Chioggia (polka-colored).

Each beet and color has a personal, appetizing taste with its own unique touch.

Together, they become incredibly decorative in dishes or as a side dish. Imagine a summer plate of oven-roasted beets in enchanting colors with Chevré and honey, or a colorful fireworks display of pickled beets for hash.

This variety is a special and incredibly fun growing experience for young and old, but perhaps it is most appreciated by our youngest.

Harvesting the beets to see which color comes up from the ground is just as fun as eating the fabulous palette of goodies on the plate. This is a big favorite of many of us who work at Florea, an appreciated variety that returns year after year in our gardens and that we warmly recommend!

Care and cultivation advice

Sow directly in the planting location when the soil has warmed up, and the variety thrives best in rich and nutritious soil. It's important to note that sowing too early increases the risk of bolting.

One tip is to soak the seeds for a few hours before sowing as they will germinate faster. Water the soil thoroughly before sowing and make sure to keep it moist during the entire germination period. Thin the seedlings to a distance of 10 cm and always harvest the large beets first so that the small ones can grow to their full size.
