Foxglove ‘Camelot White’ is a stately variety that brightens the garden with its large white bells.

The flowers are densely arranged along the tall spires and have a soft creamy hue with delicate freckles in pale pink and lilac, giving them a gentle and lively appearance.This variety belongs to the popular Camelot series, bred to flower in its first year from seed.

The plants grow vigorously with fresh green foliage and sturdy stems, making them both durable in the border and beautiful as cut flowers in bouquets.

Care and cultivation advice

Propagated indoors in seed soil in the period March-May. This variety can also be sown outdoors in pots or directly in the open air for transplanting from May to September.

Foxglove seeds are light-growing, so moisten the soil before sowing and gently press the seeds lightly onto the soil surface. Cover the seed with a transparent cover with air holes or make sure to aerate regularly. Make sure to store the seeds in a very bright place, preferably at around 18-20°C.

The seedlings can be planted out in their final location after hardening off and when the risk of frost has passed.
