Description
Long majestic flower spikes with white densely double flowers in a beautiful white color.

This particular variety has extra long stems which makes it perfect for cutting.

White King can also be dried and used in everlasting bouquets all year round. It is magical as a background plant in flower beds thanks to its height and very popular among all our pollinators.

The variety is easy to grow as long as it is placed in a sunny spot with nutritious soil.

If you have not grown Larkspur before, we highly recommend trying White King, with a gentle warning that it is somewhat addictive because it is so incredibly beautiful. Remember that Larkspur are poisonous!

Care and cultivation advice

Sow indoors in seed compost from January to April. Make sure to moisten the soil before sowing and cover with a thin layer of soil. Cover the sowing with transparent cover equipped with air holes for best germination. After germination, place the sowing in a cool and bright location. The seedlings are transplanted after hardening off and when the risk of frost is over.

Larkspur prefer a sunny location in moist and nutrient-rich soil.

This variety can also be sown directly in the soil when it is warm and workable. Make sure to water the soil thoroughly before sowing and keep the soil moist throughout the germination period. The variety can also be sown outdoors in the fall for earlier blooming the following year.

(Larkspur are toxic, especially the seed pods!).
