Description
A delicate parsley with smooth, dark green, large leaves.

Robust stems full of flavor that can be used, but preferably finely chopped.

The leaves are also nice to use as a garnish, in pickling, on pizza, in pesto, in vinegar or other oils. The variety is fast-growing and freezes well.

Parsley is also a real super spice and contains a lot of vitamins A, B, and C as well as calcium and iron. (A big plus for this variety is that it is also organic!)

Care and cultivation advice

Sow directly in the planting area as soon as the soil has warmed up and is workable. Make sure to water before sowing and keep the soil moist during germination. Thrives best in a nutrient-rich soil in a sunny or semi-shaded location.

This variety can also be pre-cultivated indoors in March-April for planting out in May-June.

Can be harvested throughout the summer and quickly regrows after cutting. Overwintered plants provide a very productive spring harvest, but often go to seed in the second year and should therefore be sown each year for good availability.
