Description
A popular small semi-bush with wonderfully fragrant, pine needle-like, aromatic leaves.

A very delightful spice for potato dishes, meat dishes, and sauces, but can also be used to make tea. This fantastic herb is not only incredibly useful in the kitchen but is also used for its medicinal properties.

The stem, leaves, and flowers are used for reduced circulation, difficulty concentrating, low blood pressure, and mild memory problems. We highly recommend making homemade sesame crispbread with rosemary or roasting a chicken with rosemary and lemon butter, heavenly delicious! (This charming variety is also organic!)

Care and cultivation advice

Sow indoors in seed soil from February to May, and then place the sowing in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks. Afterward, keep it at a cool temperature until it reaches room temperature and then keep it as bright as possible. The plants can be transplanted after they have been hardened properly and when the risk of frost is over.

This variety can also be sown in pots or boxes in a shady area from March to April. Make sure to cover the sowing with a thin layer of fine gravel or perlite.
