Snowmaiden is a spectacular beauty beyond the ordinary.

With its delicate white color, the flowers resemble fluffy snowflakes with a beautiful and ethereal expression.

Incredibly lovely in both flower beds, pots, and bouquets.

Thanks to its long vase life, Snowmaiden is now one of Florea's absolute favorites when it comes to filler flowers in bouquets.

A big advantage is that this variety can also be dried and used year-round. An easy-to-grow summer flower loved by all our pollinators, perhaps most of all by butterflies, which often land on Snowmaiden's fluffy flower balls.

Care and cultivation advice

Pre-cultivate indoors in sowing soil in March-April. Preferably cover the sowing with a transparent cover equipped with air holes for the best result. Keep the sowing warm and, once the seeds have germinated, cool and as bright as possible. The plants can be planted out after hardening and when the risk of frost is completely over.

Pincushion Flower can also be sown directly at the growing site when the soil is warmed up. The variety thrives best in a sunny place.
