The variety is of high quality and has a very delicate flavor. A very valuable vegetable in the kitchen that can be used fresh, frozen, stewed or fried. One thing we really recommend with this lovely variety is raw-fried broccoli with parmesan cheese, sunflower seeds and olive oil. Or why not a hearty broccoli soup with roasted garlic sauce? Yum!
