Care and cultivation advice

(Lavender can be propagated indoors, but also sown outdoors in the fall for propagation).

Propagation indoors: Mix the seeds with a little sand and sprinkle evenly on moistened sowing soil. Cover with transparent lid with air holes, or aerate regularly. Place in a bright place at room temperature. If germination does not occur within a month - place the seed in the refrigerator for about a month, and then outdoors in the shade.

Autumn sowing outdoors: Sow in pots or in the open air between September and November, in a place intended for sprouting.

(Lavender can also be grown in pots and overwintered frost-free. Prune the plants every spring for a more compact growth habit).
